Guillaume Moshi Guyader
Design and Development & Product Innovation Supervisor
As a Chief Design Officer with over 20 years of experience in industrial design, specializing in consumer products, my career has spanned three continents - Europe, North America, and Asia - rewarding me with a rich and unique blend of design perspectives. I've worked across various industries, from micro-mobility vehicles, adaptive and medical equipments, to toys or even performance-oriented bicycles.
I'm devoted to work alongside status quo challengers, to create meaningful products that positively impact society and individuals.
I thrive to enhance user experiences and lives, motivated by a deeply rooted commitment to maximizing accessibility and inclusion.
The joy of crafting outstanding products tightly knitted with services, articulated around compelling storytelling and a distinctive approach, is my key driver.
Through simpler, more modular but yet striking designs aiming to stand the test of time, I emphasize the usage of recycled materials and stronger synergies across the supply chain. In every endeavor, I thrive to serve the people, fostering collaborative team dynamics with an approach that revolves around the profound consideration of human factors and user experience.
I'm passionate about creating great products that have the ability to bring people together for a better tomorrow, where good design uplifts all.
Work Experience

Argon 18 (Montreal, Canada)
2018
I joined Argon 18 R&D team to built a strong vision of the future of high performance smart bikes, impulsing a new effort on breakthrough technologies integration for their next generation of TRI and TT bikes.
In just a few months of work, we've been able to score the 2nd best time ever recorded at the UCI HOUR RECORD, in July 2018 with the Danish Time Trial specialist Martin Toft Madsen. I developed for him a completely custom HR specific cockpit, including 3D printed parts and advanced aero optimization, to seamlessly blend with the speed beast Argon18 Electro Pro frame.
Senior Product Designer
Toy State International Ltd. (Hong-Kong)
2015 - 2017
After a few months working on preschool products, I've been put in charge of developing items for the new brand NIKKO AIR, beside the NIKKO RC division.
In just a year, we developed an extensive line of semi-hobby racing drones and accessories from the ground-up, aiming at putting the brand at the highest place in the toy drones industry.
With the effort quickly leading to a promising partnership with DRL (Drone Racing League, broadcasted on ESPN), NIKKO AIR is the missing link between toy and hobby grade FPV racing drones.

A good product doesn't necessarily win awards. But sometimes, it does. Sometimes it's the result of a crystallized idea of innovation meeting a vision. When something looks as fast as it actually is, at the exact intersection of Form and Function :
The award winning Argon18 E114 bike paved the way for a new era in TT/Tri bike with extensive list of innovations and striking design. One of the project I'm the most proud of, an amazing collaboration, working with a team of passionate and extremely knowledgeable people.
